I have an integrative and holistic approach drawing on various psychotherapeutic disciplines depending on what is best suited to you as an individual. My experience includes treating a wide range of issues in a variety of psychotherapeutic settings. Working with dreams which can be an influential means of self-discovery and transformation. I have many years of experience of working extensively with dreams both in my private practice and in teaching therapists from all backgrounds how to enhance their therapeutic work by incorporating dreamwork.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked at a senior level as a professional within commercial and not-for-profit organisations.

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist.

Experience and Qualifications

I have worked for many years in private practice with individuals, couples and groups and have extensive experience as a lecturer, supervisor and trainer of psychotherapists. I am a dream-worker and have actively developed new techniques in this field. I have regularly facilitated retreats and workshops which bring healing at a very deep level within the psyche. My Professional education includes a five year training programme in Psychotherapy in London, a MA in Psychotherapy (Cum Laude), and various Postgraduate Diplomas including in Advanced Psychotherapy, Clinical Supervision, Relationship Therapy and Dreamwork. Additionally I regularly take part in diverse training programmes to enhance my education.
